Your executor is legally entitled to a fee equal to 3.5% of the gross asset value of your estate, plus VAT. Should an executor generate income from the assets in your estate while under the executor's administration, the executor is entitled to 6% of this income as well. You are able to negotiate this executor's fee, provided you do so prior to appointing this executor in your will.
