You can use Quickwill to draft your will for your assets situated within South Africa. However, due to different legislation in different countries, we cannot assist people who need help outside the framework of the South African legal system. To avoid unnecessary complications after you pass on, you should draft a will for each country where you own assets. The reason for this is that your estate will have to be reported, in relation to these assets, in each country. Should you only have one will you run the risk that there are clashes in the legal provisions of the different countries and your wills won't be able to be administrated concurrently but rather consequentially, which will result in your estate taking very long to be finalised.
