Quickwill offers an easy-to-use software marketing tool for financial advisory businesses. The business can setup a co-branded profile with customised rules, such as choosing their own executor, and invite its advisors and their clients to sign up and self-draft their respective wills. The tool helps facilitate the discussion for the advisor with their client, which could lead to a product sale. The will is the discussion start point and gives the advisor the information needed to start advising, particularly when used in conjunction with our integrated liquidity calculator giving an estimate on the estate administration costs. It saves the advisor significant time and streamlines their systems, given they are able to draft a client will in the first 15 minutes of meeting, without any lawyer required assistance.

The business profile administrator can view all client wills drafted by all advisors linked to that business profile. For example if a financial advisory business has 10 advisors and each of them has 10 clients then while each of the advisors can only view their 10 respective client wills from their profile, the business profile administrator can view all 100 client wills, leading to improved, simpler and more transparent client will storage in the cloud.

Quickwill notifies the client and advisor annually to update the will, which prompts the review meeting, leading to increased advisor-client engagement.
